BOOKINGS
To make a booking it is necessary to fill out out booking form with all your complete details, the most important ones being, date of arrival, date of departure and number of people. Once your personal details have been received, we will answer you whether the apartment you want is available on the dates requested or an alternative apartment we can offer you, if you are interested. In the moment of confirmation of availibility of the apartment , we will ask for a booking deposit of 150 euros, which will then be deducted from the rent payment, we will provide you with a bank account number where you can deposit the income for the booking.
The booking deposit is necessary to complete your booking.

ADVANCED CANCELLATION POLICY.
With cancelled bookings for a term longer than 15 days you can be provided 100% of the amount paid.
With cancelled bookings for a term longer than 7 days or less or same as 15 days, you can be provided 50% of the amount paid.
With cancelled bookings for a term less or the same as 7 days, the client will lose the total amount paid for the booking.

ENTRY
At the convenient date, the keys will be handed over in the booked apartment, confirming the rent contract and paying the rest of the agreed amount of the rent plus 500 EUR as a deposit for potential damage. This deposit will be reembursed at the return of the keys if no damage has taken place. The electricity consumption will be billed at the end of the contract according to the individual counter. All the payments will be made in cash, VISA (with a 1,5 % surcharge) or proof of bank transfer to our account. The damage deposit will always be in cash.

EXIT
At the end of the contract will undergo a termination, for which we will contact the customer two days before the end date and will be refunded the damage deposit if everything is in order, the amount of electricity consumption is paid, the cleaning fee of 30 Eur and the keys are returned to the tenant.
