TERMS

Reservations
To make your reservation, all you need to do is access our secure On-line reservations page.
To be able to ensure a booking, you must provide a credit card valid VISA or Mastercard. Apartamentos Puerta del Sol reserves the right to check its validity.
We will send an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours, in which we will include the details of your booking and our contact details.

Payment
The total amount must be paid upon arrival, by cash or credit card (Visa or Mastercard ONLY).
If you are paying in cash, you will also be asked for your credit card details to ensure that the accommodation and its contents are returned in good condition.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation with at least 7 days notice will not have any charges on your card.
With less than 7 days notice will be one night. Failure to cancel and if you do not show up on the day of your reservation you will be charged 100% of stay.

Arrival
The day of entry, the apartment will be available after 2pm (14:00hrs) . If you wish to arrive before the time specified, please contact us.
On arrival, you must show our staff the identity document with which your reservation was made with. We will not allow access to the apartment without said documentation. If the person who made the reservation and the person receiving the keys of the apartment are not the same, the latter must submit a photocopy of the identity of the person who made the reservation aswell as their own identity document.

Output
The departure time must be before 12:00 pm (12:00hrs)
If you would like to stay longer, please consult with us as soon as possible as this could incur additional charges, and would be subject to availability.

Cleaning
You will find the apartment clean on arrival.

Our rates do not include any additional cleaning. If you are staying for a long period of time and want to hire an extra cleaning service or newspaper, simply apply at any time and we'll send our staff. Consult fares.
On departure, we hope you leave the apartment in a reasonable condition.

Accommodation Rules and Responsibilities
The client must sign a contract on arrival, taking full responsibility for their behaviour and that of all the persons accompanying him, observing the following rules:

  • Any type of party, excessive noise and loud music is strictly prohibited. Any complaints made by the neighbors to the police will imply immediate eviction from the apartment.
  • You may not accomodate more people than however many the reservation was made for without previously informing Apartamentos Puerta del Sol, the only exception being children under two years.
  • Pets are only allowed if permission is granted specifically.
  • It is strictly forbidden to sublet by the tenant who has rented any of the apartments.
  • The tenant agrees to keep the furniture and the contents of the apartment under the same conditions in which he found on arrival.
  • Apartamentos Puerta del Sol has the right to demand the clients who do not meet any of the above standards for the immediate abandonment of the apartment without the right to return.
  • The client is responsible for all damage caused to our apartments, the security being the same credit card provided at booking of the apartment.
  • Apartamentos Puerta Del Sol is not responsible for any direct or indirect harm that may arise as a result of any uses the client has within the apartment, including without limitations for damages or losses resulting from fire, theft or criminal behaviour.
  • Also, we are not responsible for the tenants belongings deposited in the apartments once they've signed the lease and they have been handed the keys to the property.

For its part, Apartamentos Puerta del Sol agrees not to access the housing except for emergency or at the express wish of the tenant to resolve a domestic problem that could happen for the requested service or cleaning.
All the details presented on the website and in particular the descriptions of the apartments have been made as accurately as possible. Apartamentos Puerta del Sol is not responsible for any errors or omissions that may occur and reserves the right to change the information published at any time, including prices, descriptions and photographs.

Additionally, Apartamentos Puerta del Sol reserves the right to update any of these terms and conditions at any time if necessary.
