ARE THE APARTMENTS PUERTA DEL SOL LOCATED IN SAFE AREAS?

Yes, The centre of Madrid is a safe place and isn't dangerous. This being said, you should, as in any country, pay a lot of attention to your wallets and bags because pickpockets operate worldwide. As a general precaution it is always a good idea to keep a close eye on your money and documentation in Madrid.

IS EVERYTHING INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

The following services that are specified are included:  WATER, COMMUNITY COSTS, and 24 HR INTERNET CONNECTION. The consumption of electricity will be billed at the end of the contract according to what the counter of the company reads; the cost is 0.16 Euros/ kw and usually comes to around 35 Euros. This measure is taken not for the price but to make the responsible the user of the apartment of consumption and to avoid abuse like leaving the lights or air conditioning on whilst not being there necessary. We will charge you 30 Euros at the end of your stay for cleaning of the apartment, so everything is included except the electricity and the final cleaning.

DO ALL THE APARTMENTS HAVE INTERNET?

Yes. All the apartments have internet (Except apartment nº 20) with WIFI. For apartments nº 4 y 5 you need an adsl connection cable. The access codes will be given to you on the arrival of the apartment. This service is free and included within the price, but we are not responsible for the damages, or cuts with the service providers or any other problem outside of our services.

IS THERE A WASHING MACHINE AND MICROWAVE IN ALL THE APARTMENTS?

Yes, they are located within the closets.

WHAT DO I DO IF WHEN I REACH MADRID WITH A CONFIRMED BOOKING, I CANNOT GET IN CONTACT WITH YOU BY TELEPHONE?

On the day of arrival we are always aware of our clients and you should inform us of your approximate time of arrival in Madrid. In all cases we will provide you with more than one telephone number for your peace of mind.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE CENTRE OF MADRID?

We recommend taking the metro till Nuevos Ministerios, and from that station till the centre of Madrid taking a taxi if you have a lot of luggage. (It will cost you around 10 Euros)

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT THE PHOTOS WILL LOOK LIKE THE APARTMENTS REALLY DO?
