To make a reservation please complete our on-line form with the required dates and we will reply by email. We do not allow advance down payments. Once we have confirmed availability, a date for viewing the apartment will be agreed. If the apartment is to your satisfaction, a contract will be drawn up at our offices and keys handed over. Payment must be made in full, plus a 500 euro deposit in case of damages. This deposit will be returned in exchange for the keys at the end of your stay if no damages have been incurred. The electricity bill will be invoiced at the end of the contract period in accordance with the electricity meter reading. All payments must be paid in cash, by cheque or bank transfer. |
