1.- Are Apartamentos puerta del sol located in safe areas? Yes, central Madrid is not dangerous. but you should be very careful with your belongings as there are some expert pickpockets in the area. Therefore, please be very vigilant with your money and documentation whilst you are out and about in Madrid. 

2.- Is the price all-inclusive ? Yes. The following services are included; water, community charges and 24 hour ADSL connection. We only charge for electricity which is invoiced at the end of the contract according to the meter reading. The cost is 0.15 Eur/kw. On average the cost is usually about 25 euros a month. We charge for electricity to ensure that tenants are responsible and do not leave lights and air conditioning on unnecessarily.

3.- Do all the apartments have a microwave and washing machine ? Yes, they are both fitted within cupboards.

4.- What happens if I arrive in Madrid with a confirmed reservation and I am unable to locate you ? Please let us know your approximate arrival time in Madrid and we will ensure that we are available. Furthermore, we will always provide more than one telephone number so that you can always locate us.

5.- What is the best way to get from the Airport to central Madrid ? We recommend taking the Metro as far as “Nuevos Ministerios” ( 1 €) and then  taking a taxi from this station to central Madrid if you have a lot of luggage. (10 €).

6.- Can I make a down payment ?  No. Until we have confirmed your reservation and you have visited the apartment we do not allow any type of payment. Once the contract is signed and keys handed over full payment must be made plus the deposit for damages which will be returned at the end of the contract.

7.- Am I under any obligation if I visit the apartment and I find that it is not what I am looking for ?  You are under no obligation to rent the apartment if you come to visit it.
